Front Office Team
DeShai M.
DeShai is one of the first welcoming faces our patients meet when they arrive. She enjoys helping patients feel relaxed and supported during scheduling, check-in, and treatment coordination. With a calm and friendly approach, she ensures each patient’s questions are answered, and their visit runs smoothly. Outside the practice, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, exploring new hobbies, and staying active in the community.

Jessica S.
With more than 23 years in the dental field, Jessica brings experience and a reassuring presence to our front office team. She enjoys helping patients understand their treatment plans and is always happy to assist with financial, insurance, and scheduling questions.
Jessica lives in Stafford and enjoys traveling, the beach, aquarium keeping, and spending time with her family. She is married and has one son and two dogs.

Audrey H., RDH
Audrey is one of our dedicated registered dental hygienists and has worked in dentistry for more than 15 years. She graduated from Allegany College of Maryland in 2008 and is certified to administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide. In addition to preventive care, Audrey also assists Dr. Java during restorative procedures.
Audrey has a deep commitment to community care and previously served as a volunteer firefighter and EMT. In her spare time, she enjoys family time and relaxing with her two dogs.

Jennifer has been part of the practice since 2006 and continues to enjoy building long-term relationships with patients. She is certified to administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide and is passionate about helping patients maintain lifelong oral health through education and preventive care.
Jennifer is married to her high school sweetheart, and they have two wonderful children. She feels grateful to be part of a team where patient comfort and trust are truly valued.

Nancy has over ten years of dental experience. Her background includes orthodontic and pediatric assisting, giving her a versatile skill set that benefits patients of all ages. Nancy enjoys traveling and spending time with her children whenever she is away from the office.
